2. Free Access & Player Handles
You must be at least 13 years of age to participate. Crustword is completely free to play without creating an account. If you voluntarily register a display handle or sign in via Google/Email to rank on the daily global leaderboard, you are responsible for maintaining the security and appropriate conduct of your account credentials.
3. Leaderboard Integrity & Anti-Cheat
Crustword is a competitive daily speed puzzle game. The daily leaderboard resets at 00:00 Eastern Time (ET). You agree not to:
- Use automated solving bots, cheat scripts, or unauthorized browser extensions to bypass puzzle mechanics.
- Tamper with timer state, in-progress storage, or client clock synchronization to falsify solve times.
- Harass, impersonate, or submit offensive player handles on the public leaderboard.
- Exploit game mechanics for commercial gain or disrupt service availability for others.
LoafPickle Worldwide, LLC reserves the right to remove suspicious or fraudulent leaderboard scores and restrict abusive handles at any time to preserve fair play.
4. Intellectual Property
All puzzle layouts, crosswords, word databases, illustrations, mascot designs, sound effects, brand names, visual styling, and code are the exclusive intellectual property of LoafPickle Worldwide, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, commercial distribution, or cloning of game assets is strictly prohibited.

CRUSTWORD IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
